Urgent: Upload not working on $39 Pro plan

Dear Interior AI team,

I have upgraded to the $39 Pro plan, but I cannot upload any .JPG images (even very small ones). I have already tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge), used Incognito mode, and resaved images with Paint — the problem still occurs.

Please check my account and advise on how to proceed. This issue is urgent as I’m using the platform professionally.
