I pay $100 a month for my subscription, and my designs keep spinning indefinitely without ever generating. They get stuck, and I've been dealing with this issue for days now. There doesn't seem to be any customer support available to help resolve the problem, which is extremely frustrating. As a content creator, I depend on this app for my work, and these ongoing issues have made it impossible for me to meet my deadlines. At this point, I don't feel this service is worth $100 per month. If this issue isn't resolved soon, I'll have no choice but to start sharing my experience through reviews across multiple platforms. I expected a much more reliable service and better customer support for a subscription at this price.

All designs are stuck on “Designing interior

I have a Pro subscription ($49/month), and since June 27, 2026, every design I try to generate gets stuck on “Designing interior…” and never finishes. I have already tried: ● Web version (Windows PC) ● Mobile version (iPhone) ● Different internet connections ● Different images ● Different styles and settings ● Logging out and back in The problem happens with every design. My subscription is active, and I still have 871 credits.
The credits are not deducted, which suggests the rendering process never starts. Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or the rendering service? If needed, I can provide screenshots or screen recordings. Thank you.

Major technical bugs with premium subscription (No support response)

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience because I am currently facing critical technical issues after purchasing a €50 premium subscription. Here are the issues I’m experiencing on Desktop Chrome: Continuous session logouts every few minutes. Renders spin indefinitely and then completely disappear from the dashboard. Credits are not being deducted, meaning the system is completely stuck. I see in the help section that many other users have posted about these exact same bugs over the last few days, and unfortunately, none of us have received any answer from the development team. The support ticket only gives automated AI replies. If you are thinking about upgrading, you might want to wait until the team actually deploys a fix and responds to the community. At this point, the service is not working as advertised.
