Spinning in Design mode for excessive time.

I have tried and failed to create staging images in an empty room. It appears stuck in design mode. It spins for hours. Instructs to refresh result in the process repeating and getting stuck in the same system. . I’ve tried pasting a copy of the image and it spins only. Please provide solution. My email is RachelleRigb
