Please issue a refund

Hello,

I would like to request a refund on my purchase. Unfortunately the product does not work as advertised on the website. I'm only ever able to get a render once and no matter how many times I try afterwards they don't get created. I've been trying over multiple days now to make sure it's not an issue with my network but I still cannot use it as I wish.

I would highly appreciate a swift refund.
