I also paid and cannot login. I sent about 5 emails to legal@photoai.com and no answer, and there seems to be no support for customer service. At this point, i'm considering this a fraud website

Same here, signed up and paid on Monday and just get resent links to sign up again when trying to log in. If you click on subscribe again it says the account is already active and you get a link to the customer portal where you can see your invoice but still cant access anything else. If you try log back in it sends you the subscription link again.
The customer portal link email mentions to contact no-reply@interiorai.com for issues/support, but true to its name the email bounces so you get no reply.
