Need simple renders of my own pictures

Maybe it is already there, i just don’t know how to use it?

I intended to use this app to generate realistic renderings of my own design, using my sketches, sketchup screenshots and photoshop collages. I'd like this app to not just be close to original, but use the exact same layout and furniture, as on my pictures. I really don't need anything else. However, the app is way too creative :( It changes the picture according to the style chosen, and there is no way to switch off the style. It also changes the colors of the walls, etc. even if i specifically say this should remain the same.

I wonder if this could be done, is it planned for the future (as i just signed up and saw that i cannot get a refund, so might as well use it for a year… although i don’t see how i can use it at the moment with such creative approach :))?

Or as minimum, can the style be switched off? Can ‘stay close to original’ switch off all creativity whatsoever? I really needed it.
