All designs are stuck on “Designing interior

I have a Pro subscription ($49/month), and since June 27, 2026, every design I try to generate gets stuck on “Designing interior…” and never finishes.

I have already tried:

● Web version (Windows PC)

● Mobile version (iPhone)

● Different internet connections

● Different images

● Different styles and settings

● Logging out and back in

The problem happens with every design.

My subscription is active, and I still have 871 credits.
The credits are not deducted, which suggests the rendering process never starts.

Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or the rendering service?
