WTF ? Why does it kill all my actual paid photo credits when downgrading / cancelling ?

Hi,

recently cancelled the renewal, had more than 800 photo credits left. After the cancellation it automatically downgraded to 314 while still having 3 weeks of paid subscription to go ?

How does this happen and who can fix this ???
