when do monthly credits issue.

hi, i left a post already that immediately got closed without any response. i subscribed to a yearly plan last month and have not gotten my monthly credits issued yet even though they were supposed to be issued yesterday. i’m seeing other posts talking about this issue. please let me know what the standard is for credit resets on a monthly basis with the yearly plan, i’m concerned that there isn’t a prompt monthly re-issue for credits. thank you.

    my post gets closed again without a response? i’d like a refund if the credits that i paid for are not going to be added.

    does anybody read these? i would prefer to simply contact a support email but there are zero other points of contact listed on the website and it’s starting to feel scammy. i would really like my credits, thank you.
