You can use the previous upscaler by going to Preferences → Upscaler → Old uspcaler

Maybe just go back to the previous upscaler, it's unusable now, clothes , eyes, everything way too crisp, just like back in the day

I added an auto close up / distance detector now as pics from distance are very bad with the new upscaler because the face is too small so it gets distorted.
