Unsatisfied with Updates

Dear Photo AI Team,

I have been using your tool regularly for some time to create realistic photos of myself for my website, social media and marketing. Until now, I have been very happy with the quality – the images looked like me, were very usable, and were a key reason why I chose to become your customer.

Today I noticed that for my model there are only two options left (“Nano Banana Mode” and “Hyperrealistic”). Since this change, I have been experiencing the following problems:

• The new images barely resemble me.

• The AI makes me look significantly older and less flattering (skin, facial features, proportions), so I cannot use these photos for my business.

• Compared to the previous results, the new images are practically unusable, even though I am using the tool in exactly the same way as before.

This is very frustrating for me, because I specifically chose Photo AI as a service provider since the images used to be so realistic and suitable for business use.

My questions for you are:

1. What exactly has changed in the generation process (e.g. new model, different pipeline)?

2. Is there any way to continue using my existing model with the previous image version, or to activate some kind of “legacy” mode?

3. If that is not possible:

   • Are you planning additional controls/settings (age, retouching, style) so that the results can match my real appearance again?

   • Would you be able to offer some form of compensation (e.g. credit/additional image credits) for the images that are currently unusable?

I urgently need new images for concrete projects and specifically booked Photo AI for this purpose – at the moment, in its new form, I unfortunately cannot use the tool in a meaningful way.

I look forward to a quick response and a solution that will allow me to continue using Photo AI for my business.
