The subscription cannot be canceled

Hey Pieter, I cancelled my Photo AI subscription on Oct 18, the same day it renewed. Billing now says "Cancelling at period end" with access until Oct 18, 2027, and Stripe keeps trying to charge the $799 Max renewal (invoice #R6N1HRO5-0002, failed on Oct 18 and Oct 20).

I don't want another year. Could you void that invoice and end the subscription now? I'm fine with the account being closed.
