The 'Request Refund' button is MISSING.

I was charged $1,199 today for a subscription I thought I had cancelled, I haven’t used any credits at all. There is no ‘Refund’ button on the dashboard or anywhere else. No emails to reach out too either. The best I can do is contact Pieter on X and post here and I desperately need that money back.
