Stuck at change profile picture.

Hi,

It was informed that I need to update my profile picture.

However, following the instruction, and click the “Set a real profile photo” button, it doesn’t lead to the page of change profile picture, but display a msg:

Member has a bad profile photo    

This member's profile photo is flagged so we can't show you their profile until they change it
```

Can’t change the profile picture.
