Refund please

First I accidentally purchased a yearly subscription instead of a monthly and wanted a refund right away but didn't find this option.

Then i thought ok got to use it now. But it seems too buggy to actually get a picture. Here are some potential ones:

-Color changing button says “take null photo”

-I can only access the faq page from my phone as i am always redirected to the login page on my laptop in chrome

- On my phone i can endlessly scroll the camera section see picture

I haven't yet managed to get a picture of the model that was trained, please just give me a refund.
