Profile picture update email + failed upload

Hi, I received an email that my profile picture needs to be updated. I logged in and saw that my picture is well and good, but for good measure I tried re-uploading it and the server threw an error. I tried with a different picture but it gave the same error (attached).

    I received an email as well from the RemoteOK website and my profile picture is “professional” and clear, compared to some other on the website, so I don’t know why I am being threatened by account closure when I am a life member to Nomads site.
