Pro Plan - Upscale isn’t working

Last month, the app worked really well, and the generated images looked amazing. However, this month (the new or ongoing billing period), the quality of the images has significantly dropped—even though I used the exact same settings and prompts.

On top of that, the upscale feature has suddenly stopped working, even though I still have the same subscription plan!

I find this really frustrating and feel a bit let down. I hope you can help resolve this issue and restore the performance I was receiving last month when I paid for the same service.
