Payment not going through

I tried several cards but Its not going through at all. everything setup correctly on my end. I double checked everything. but payment keeps getting declined.

This is the error I am getting “Your credit card was declined. Try paying with a debit card instead.”

I dont have a debit card I can use for international payments.

Can someone help here?
