Paid for More Credits, Received none

Between 4/6/2025 and 5/7/2025 I attempted to buy more credits. I only actually wanted to buy an extra 1,000 credits, but after pressing the selection to by more credits and seeing that the website added none to my account, I thought the functionality for that option simply wasn’t working, and so I tried to do it again, still with no credits being added to my account. Lo and behold, I review my bank account, and I’d been charged five separate times, but had never received any of the credits into my account. Preferably, I’d like to be refunded for four of those transactions, and just get the extra 1,000 credits from the first time I tried to order them. Thanks!
