Not getting services that I’m paying for with Ultra subscription

Title says it all. I’m paying 100 bucks a month for ultra membership but I’m not getting all of the tools you hold out as being part of Ultra membership. Can’t export models (when I try it literally says that I need to be an ultra member to do so). Can’t remix photos (have tried probably 100 times and the photo doesn’t change one bit. Why are you taking my tokens for BS like that when i clearly didn’t get the benefit of the bargain? I’m waiting several minutes at times to have a photo generated, how is that considered priority or expedited treatment? I could go on, but I’ll stop there.
