Under international law, the entire island of Cyprus is legally considered the territory of the Republic of Cyprus (with exceptions for British military bases, which are legally just as much part of the UK as e.g. Gibraltar). The only actual country which doesn’t think so is Turkey + Northern Cyprus itself. Just in case NomadList sides with Turkey on this (or e.g. travel clubs like TCC), I’ve also been to Palaikythro/Balıkesir (northern Cyprus, near the airport ECN) and it’s still not filled out (also no flag for Northern Cyprus).
