No way I can make my subject look up. Neither copycat nor prompt help

I created like 100 images, NO ONE is close to what I need it to be! (thus defying the whole concept of using AI to save time/resources).

I need my trained me to look up

1)

I first tried to upload a picture and then add "upward look" or "looks up" as prompt

2)

I took the photo again, with myself looking up.

Copycat, added prompt, no way of getting myself to look up

3)

I thought maybe the AI needs to understand why I'm looking up, so I added a football… again with no prompt, then prompt… nothing

Can please anybody find THE WAY? How can I have the AI start from a picture and make a photo where my subject gazes where I want him to do?
