Never received emails after I signed up; site will not let me log in

Nothing in the FAQ applied here. There is no issue with emails from this site getting filtered as spam or otherwise getting overlooked. I have emails from you up until the day I signed up. You did charge my card for membership, but you never sent me any sort of confirmation email, and now I find I cannot log in.
