Never received emails after I signed up; site will not let me log in
Nothing in the FAQ applied here. There is no issue with emails from this site getting filtered as spam or otherwise getting overlooked. I have emails from you up until the day I signed up. You did charge my card for membership, but you never sent me any sort of confirmation email, and now I find I cannot log in.

Your payment never went through and you were never charged:
Payment attempt with Visa •••• was declined The bank returned the decline code do_not_honor, and did not provide any other information. Does anyone know how to request a refund? There's no cancellation or refund option; all related posts are closed without solutions, so my only option is to write here. Help.
