Wealth taxes in West (like Netherlands unrealized gains and Norway exit tax and rest of Europe too) will make more people move out

• Micro-mobility between 3-5 bases - People have 2-3 places they rotate through seasonally, not constant movement

• Elderly nomadism - Retirees with portable income become the biggest nomad demographic

• Climate migration dominance - By 2035, climate refugees massively outnumber lifestyle nomads, and they reshape where the hubs are

• Government capture - Countries start competing aggressively with nomad visas (already happening - Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Thailand) but also start taxing more aggressively
