Email I used to sign up no longer in service, not receiving credits for yearly membership.

I can still log in but I’m worried I might be receiving emails I need to continue to use my account, I purchased a yearly membership but have not received credits for the month. Please respond here or provide an email I can contact to resolve the credits issue, the email address not being in service is not an issue so long as I can still contact somebody.
