Discrepancy in Credit Deduction for Video Generation

Dear Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to report a possible issue with credit usage in the app. When I generate a video from an image, the app states that 10 credits will be deducted from my account. However, each time I generate a video, I notice that 20 credits are being deducted instead.

Could you please clarify if this is a bug or if the actual cost has changed? I’d appreciate your help in resolving this issue and, if applicable, restoring the excess credits that were deducted.

    I did not notice my credits being deducted 20 each time, but I did see the notice change this week to say that a video costs 20 credits now. Quite the extravagant credit increase for no given reason.

    The video credits price just increased because we’re now using Kling 2.1 and it’s about 10x more expensive than the models we used and our GPU bill went up a lot by 3x.
