Deleting photos from the deleted tab doesn't delete all photos

When you delete all of the photos in the deleted area, click on another tab and then go back to the delete tab more photos appear.

Steps to reproduce:

Note: I had a lot of photos that I deleted due to the photos not matching the model. So this test requires that a lot of photos are in the deleted area

1. Navigate to the deleted tab and delete all the photos.

2. Click on another tab (Saved or prompts)

3. Click back to the deleted tab.

4. More photos will be loaded in deleted tab

I had to do this a few times to delete all of the photos.
