Can't post in any of the channels - message gets deleted

Hi, i have been a member for about a year now. Transitioned from Slack to Telegram. Was able to ask a question in Vietnam channel on Dec 12. On Dec 18th I received a welcome message in Tgrm with 'you just joined so you can't post for 30 days'. Well now it's over 30 days and still can't post in any of the channels, even simple question like " Are there any events in weekend?" Am I banned?
