Buggy, useless site with no one actually monitoring it

Tried to sign up and it JUST. WON'T. ACCEPT. MY. PHOTO. I have tried every single thing, I have read all the photo requirements, I have taken and uploaded photos I took specifically for this, but it won't accept it. The FAQ says I should still be able to use the site, but that's not true - I try to navigate to the locations and it just sends me right back to the profile photo upload page.

Did Nomadlist really just create a site and went on with their lives instead of checking if the site works and provides value to those who use it? There's no contact, there's no support, there's no option to delete or cancel your account, it honestly seems dishonest and lazy.

I'd love to use this service and it was good at one stage, but what on earth has it devolved into. I'd be embarrassed if I put a site up that's not user friendly and doesn't actually provide the value it promised.
