I paid for an annual plan on Ultra, but my 10,000 monthly credits do not get replenished. They finished up before, but then were re-instated. Could you please renew the 10,000 credits each month. - Thanks
I have a similar question. I signed up for Pro Yearly and expect to be able to use 1000 Credits and 3 AI Model Creation per month.
I created one model and used less than 100 credits in the first days and now it looks like its already reset but it hasnt even been the full month of 30 days. I’d like to to have a message somewhere saying when my credits reset such as “Your monthly credits will replenish in X Days”.

And I had an error in paying the bill. Who is the best person to contact to resolve the financial issue? There is no support service on the site at all.
