account status

hello, i have a problem. my account PhotoAI was cancelled because i couldn't made the payment. i did the payment and i also have the invoice. At today, i can't reactivate my account and if i go in the "reactivate my account" button, the site is asking me to choose a new subscription. is it a bug? can you reactivate it?
